Overview

This video introduces Spot—an AI bot for reporting harassment and discrimination at work—to both employers and employees.

Spot addresses sensitive and often traumatic events, so it was important to establish an empathetic, empowering, and ultimately hopeful tone. Another challenge was to describe a potentially complex, first-of-its-kind product in a concise and simple way.

I had already worked closely with the founding team to develop the product and brand content, and the script was a natural extension of that work.
