Lisa is the founder of Cocoon, a coaching practice that empowers underrepresented leaders to carve bold, beautiful paths toward the meaningful lives, fulfilling work, and better world they imagine.

Lisa has served on design leadership teams at Dropbox, NIO, and All Turtles. She advises companies on developing brand and product voice, as well as hiring diverse, inclusive, and effective content teams. She began her technology career at Readmill, a Berlin-based, design-centered startup that was acquired by Dropbox.

She studied at Harvard College, Harvard Divinity School, and the Coaches Training Institute. She co-hosts Should We podcast, and her writing has appeared in Offscreen Magazine.
